Carrot Cake


 

Cake recipe:

4 eggs

2 cups sugar

1 1/2 cups veg oil

2 cups self rising flour

2 jars carrot baby food

1 tsp vanilla

2 tsp cinnanom

 

Combine ingredients and pour into 3 cake pans, bake at 350 degrees until 20-30 min, check with toothpick.  DO NOT over bake.

 

Frosting:

1 stick butter

8 oz cream cheese

1 box powdered sugar

1 cup pecans (chopped and toasted)

1tsp vanilla
